Your information.
Your privacy.

How your account and submissions are handled.

Private requests, clear access.

The portal stores your account identifier, the name you provide, submissions, evidence links, and conversation history so staff can respond. Steam sign-in stores your verified SteamID64 and login dates. Linking Discord stores your Discord ID, display name, avatar, and the account relationship. A private session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Discord access tokens are not stored. Staff access is controlled by server-side permissions and staff assignments. Hosting administrators may use their hosting account to manage the site.

Status updates and public staff replies can trigger a Discord direct message containing a link to your request. Application answers and staff notes are not included in those messages. Your submissions are visible to you and authorized staff. Staff reports are restricted to you and management. Staff may keep internal review notes that are not visible to applicants.

What to include

Only submit information needed to resolve your request. Do not include passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information. Evidence is linked rather than uploaded; the hosting provider controls access to those links.

Account and data requests

Use a support ticket to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your records. A staff member will review your request.
